[custom_qoute style=”simple”]

Fashion is the most immediate form of personal expression. People perceive us the way they do because of what we wear. I want to push what is expected and what is commonplace in the fashion world to something that is extraordinary and unique because that is how everyone should view themselves!

[accordion_toggle title=”How did you decide to pursue fashion as a career?”]

[custom_qoute style=”single”]

Fashion is something I have always been interested in. It is only through mentoring and skill building that I realized fashion was something I could do and something I was good at. Working in the fashion world allows me to combine my interests with my own personal artistic expression in a seamless and current way.

[accordion_toggle title=”What’s your dream for your career?”]

[custom_qoute style=”single”]

My dream would be to be able to show at New York Fashion Week one day. I would also like to own and operate my own store-front. I ultimately want to challenge the idea of what is wearable and what you can wear on an everyday basis by introducing new materials into the everyday wardrobe.

[accordion_toggle title=”What do you absolutely love about being a fashion designer?”]

[custom_qoute style=”single”]

I love being able to see something that I have created on someone else! I love it when other people can see themselves in my own designs and are enthusiastic about what I am creating! I love the curiosity people have when they see something unique and unexpected that I have created!

[accordion_toggle title=”What’s the philosophy of your brand?”]

[custom_qoute style=”single”]

I think it is very important to stay current. It is important to me to be innovative with materials and use unlikely materials in new ways. It is also important for me to incorporate hand dyeing to create one of-a-kind-pieces and interest within each individual piece.
