Reform is a sustainable fashion brand that represents upcycling and zero-waste clothing. Reform products embody the expression of deconstructing and reconstructing clothing items. Discarded wedding dresses and leftover fabrics can be transformed into a new look and could become ready-to-wear dresses. Reform is a 100% handmade small fashion brand. We believe we can connect with customers who are interested in sustainable fashion, and we thrive at the opportunity to build extraordinary apparel. Reform presents a different fashion design perspective and sustainability, and we hope we can deliver our new fashion ideas to the market.
The Reform fashion brand was created by Yoon Bahar. In addition to designing her own line, she teaches fashion design courses at Palomar College as an adjunct professor. Yoon holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in fashion from Bunka Gakuen University, Tokyo, Japan, which is internationally well-known as a top-tier university in the field of fashion. She graduated with honors and has been granted full academic scholarships from the Japanese Ministry of Education. After she completed her degrees, she started her fashion career as a wedding dress designer and has held various positions at international fashion companies for over 10 years. Yoon is passionate about studies in sustainable fashion, so she created Reform fashion brand to introduce her work as part of the sustainable fashion industry.
